How do I personalize my order?
Open your chosen product and complete its personalization fields. Depending on the design, these may include names, dates, a location, a message or a photo. Check every detail before adding the item to your cart.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Products with live preview let you review your design while you customize it. Check the spelling, dates and layout in the preview. The available options are shown on each product page.
How long does production take?
For US orders, production takes 0–1 business day. This is separate from the shipping time after your order is dispatched.
How long does US shipping take?
US orders include free FedEx Express shipping. Transit is estimated at 2–3 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. See our shipping policy for more information.
What is the custom star map made from?
Our custom star map is printed on acrylic glass and finished with a solid wood frame. Choose from 12 × 16, 13 × 19 or 20 × 28 inches on the product page.
Which date should I use for an anniversary star map?
Choose the moment you want to remember together: when you met, got engaged or married. Enter the date, time and location in the customizer. For a gift showing several milestones, consider a love story timeline.
Which materials and sizes are available?
Materials and dimensions vary by product. Check the description, Product Specifications and size options on the item you want. Browse family name signs, star and moon maps or engraved cutting boards to compare gifts.
What if I need help after ordering?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For returns, refunds or damage, review our return policy and product warranty.
