What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, production errors, and damage that may occur during transit.
- Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects
- Printing, engraving, or personalization errors caused by our production process
- Items damaged during shipping
- Material or structural issues that are not caused by misuse
Custom & Personalized Products
Many of our items are made to order or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, returns for customer-submitted personalization mistakes, size or design preference changes, or buyer’s remorse may not be handled like standard product returns. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and every case is reviewed carefully.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or improper care
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Color, texture, or display differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or natural material variation
How to Request Support
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or another fair solution depending on the situation.
