Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • Minor variations due to personalization or handcrafted production are considered normal

  • Proof of purchase is required

Personalized & Custom Items

We understand that personalized products are meaningful and important.
For this reason, personalized and custom-made items are also eligible for return and refund, provided the return request is submitted within the allowed timeframe.

Refunds
