Opened it and the bottom was broke. The box was undamaged so it seemed like it was broke before it was packaged.

Beautifully made! I also opted to have mine framed (in black) and black and gift-wrapped, and again, this was so nicely done that my husband felt bad even opening it! The wrapping paper was a light tan-colored parchment paper, and the package was wrapped in twine and then sealed with a fancy burgundy-colored wax stamp.You can alter the text so that it doesn't just have to describe 'the night you met'. I chose to type "united forever, " to commemorate our wedding day. The picture shows the stars, constellations, etc. that were above our heads that night, and it includes a geographical location (latitude/longitude) of our wedding venue. All I had to do was type in the address. Highly recommended!

(Update on review)I was refunded the full amount due to this error so I do appreciate the customer support and prompt response thank you!I was super excited until my wife opened it and I wasn’t. First I’d like to say that either there was some kind of system issue or something did not communicate right because I did verify all of my information before submitting it. 1: I would never pick a white frame, I picked a black from and received a white one2: The word “has” was typed after my wife’s name why in the world would anyone want a random word after a name. Again I verified all of the information thoroughly so it’s unclear on how this even happened. It’s non returnable so I said let me just remove it and I’ll sharpie in the word “has” and the white frame I can live with. I couldn’t do that because it is hand made and the picture is imbedded to the glass. So I sharpied the glass which looks terrible. My 1 year anniversary gift that I paid over $70 for was a fail and embarrassing to say the least.

Frame is cracked and damaged, seller refuses to do anything about it. Buyer beware, get your own frame. The frame is very very cheap not worth with the charge, ruined an otherwise lovely gift, I was excited about giving this to my girlfriend now I'm just upset.
